OPH

Ok we were talking in IRC today and well guess what i just learned.
WE HAVE SOMETHING CALLED PRO SILENTUM?!?!?
yeah ok i havn't even heard of it since ive rejoined that means something.
Ok simple discussion/suggestion from me. Ill make this post short and sweet seeing as none of you read my long ones.
Bring OPH back because:
It brings back good old memories.
Last time we did it we got free post counts and free cmb lvs.
The very first time we did it we got our avg combat raised by 2.(something).
The Banner for the OPH was so frekin amazing.
Another reason to train.
Also with OPH possibility of being open i think we should also re open combat academy.
Not like last time though this is just to keep track of our training etc.
Its a cool place to have rewards for the lvs weve gained and hell i miss it.

I enjoyed it, i got 99 att at pc because of it i think
Then stopped at what 114 cmb? I really don't remember!It was good though, i remember Anthony69 and Xinnane spending all there days there and Anthony maxing out and Xinnane trailing.. Good times

Im with Omar tbh. OPH was epic, and it helped. We raised average Combat by alot. Was awesome fun, cause everyone was training, then that means faster ko's, people being able to tank more and longer. That in turn means being able to win more wars, confidence grows, and we become top 10..once again. Pl0x?

If memory serves, Gene abolished OPH, didn't he, when he came back the 10th time? I mean after the Tmal ordeal.

Anyways, OPH forced people to train
Good for levels, bad for community
PS has been working fairly well, but we took a month off because of skill olympics and some other reasons

PS is basically the new version of OPH. It works just fine. No reason to bring OPH back.

You won't have heard about Pro Silentium because it was postponed for a month and therefore nothing has been said about it and it has not been advertised etc.
When these forums were being created OPH + OBH were scrapped, deemed unecessary or something.

OPH was the best......i did such a good job training it was amazing.....but its only possible when the clan is motivated to do it.......no one is motivated enough to do it right now.....when OPH occurred we had just entered the top 10 in the clan world in warring...EVERYONE was ready to do their part and train their asses off because that was the Golden Age in WG. I believe the average level increase per person was around 4 levels. But yea.... Its impossible to do it right now.....it just wouldn't function..

OBH (Operation Blue Haze) was the skilling sector's version of OPH, which was run in the same manor. Unfortunately over time both OPH and OBH became fairly inactive with only several members posting their levels. Pro Silentium was brought in as somewhat of a replacement to OPH to combat the inactiveness of OPH but to also maintain a community aspect.
As BTO said, PS was postponed for one month while we had the skill olympics. Month 3 for PS actually starts today so if you're unfamiliar with how PS operates read up here.
