Wg's Future

This post is less of an announcement, and a more...informative morale booster.
I can see what you're all thinking, that Wg is a bit of a slump at the moment, with Eugene gone we are hanging by a thread, but Wg has been through this 4-5 times, if not more.

Wg has always survived and flourished after the damage has been done.
So Let's get our acts up, This is WG, not any other clan, DO NOT let any other clan dampen our Spirits, we've been renowned for a friendly community, non-flaming friendly members with great hearts.

#Wg used to be a public channel, a lot of members that weren't in Wg used to hang around in #Wg and chat with us, it was a great atmosphere with great fun. We cracked jokes complimented/flattered each other, the bond between us and the Clan World was strong. That is now going downhill.

So, with what I have informed you on how Wg used to be like, let's try to bring that back, we were renowned for having great 'honour'. This means that #Wg_Lobby will be the place for the most friendliest talk:

-No Sex Talk AT ALL
-No Swearing
-No Racism
-No Flaming..Obvious
-Greet every member that joins #Wg_Lobby
-Talk to them individually, people hate being ignored, word will get around that we are friendly, and this ends up to people joining Wg because of our Community.

Lately, we've been arguing way too much, especially between members and Tertiary Leaders+, you might see us as sitting ducks, but we are doing stuff to improve WG, we have the same urge as you to make Wg Successful, I will come to this later on in this post. Please Show the up most respect Tertiary Leaders, you can have a rant at Council, but Tertiary Leaders have a lot of work to do within their sectors, and they feel neglected and feel like outsiders, they play an important part within WG, they are an essential pillar, if that pillar is crumbling, we'll fall.

Where is the Love?
It's all gone, chats are dead, no one talks about normal old Real Life & Runescape, all we talk about is how bad Wg is...Seriously, where is Love? Bring it back, bond with members more, if you don't know someone, get to know them. I used to bond with one member each day that I didn't know, helped them on Rs, and Wg, maybe even Real Life. Socialise, it's how clans develop a strong bond and stay together.

We may be in a slump, but we still have all we need to get the ball rolling and introduce a new WG that kicks ass at Wars, has great community with fine members. Wg will not fall, please do not give up on Wg and leave because when Wg suceeds and becomes a fine clan, you'll know how you were there are times of need, you can tell yourself and to your friends: 'Hey, I was at that time, I contributed into making Wg the fine clan they are'.

What are the Leaders doing?

Yeah, alright, we look bad on RSC, thanks to another clan's leaders, they've thrown sticks and stones at us, showed our bad points. We are weak? Our Bonds lack? MADDNESS! When Eugene comes back and posts the REAL LIFE Recruitment video, it'll show the bond inside Wg, it will show how DEDICATED we can be.

-A New passion for the Skills Sector
-Community Sector inactives (Meaning it will be changing, this will take a while to implement though).

All we have to do is what we are doing now, in addition to recruitment. We will rise again I'm sure.

We have always pulled through, we can do it again. With the help of everyone we will survive.

I've got no doubt that tertiary leaders and council are doing lots of work to get us through this <3

Don't let BoS or any other clan put you down, we have fun in WG, that's all that matters.
I agree we need to stop the "maddness" looool and the swearing, sex talk etc.

I truly agree on cleaning up our IRC chat channels from sex talk, flaming, swearing, etc. But just to let you know my more wide opinion on that issue, you should implement that on the council itself before implementing it on us. Yeah, enough said about that.

Socialising and respect also is really important since it gives WG a great image to other people. And I really do hope that what the council is working on ends up with good results, you're doing the biggest part at the moment and every single member is appreciating that. I know I do.

Yes it's true. Lots of effort from all sides is being put in. It will pay off.

I have this to say,, there has been a lot of talk lately about doing away with the sectors and becoming one WG again.

For this Pkri I am declaring martial law. You have one week to get your things together.
I expect every member to attend it. I dont care what sector you are in.
I want a sign uplist and if you dont come I want to know why.
