[Recap] F2P War Training_[Updated]

This was just a basic F2P war training session as I could only do it in F2P (Usually I'd make things more realistic in a P2P world). All Trial Guardians who attended got a chance to tank + those who felt they needed some extra practice.

What to bring?


  • Full Rune



  • F2P Staff



  • Hybrid gear (Mandatory)



  • Optional range gear



  • F2P Food (Swordfish, Anchovy Pizza)



  • Strength Potion



  • Bind Runes




Information


  • Range & Melee + Binds only



  • Tanking - When it is your turn to tank, you will be in your own clan chat and will attempt to survive as long as possible in the middle boundaries of CWA while being attacked by Range and Melee attacks. Plan your strategy including prayer accordingly.




  • Ko Resistance -  There will be no KO Resistance exercise for this training as it can only be carried out on P2P.




  • Hybrid practice - Hybrids will be required to keep the tanker binded at most of the times. The tanker should not be able to drag.

Mugsy, thanks for hosting this. It really didn't help me much because I just ran around like a baboon trying to bind and attacked when I could. As for me being a tank, you can forget about that one too. I'm more like a...what's the best way to put this...yes, a paper airplane. Thanks for being patient with me. I know I had alot of questions and probably did things totally wrong, but hey, at least I showed up and gave it a shot. lol

It might take a while to digest, dont worry about it. Half of tanking is like playing an instrument...you dont have time to think. It will just become like a reflex or habit.
