Long Awaited Promotions

Ok. It's been what? 3 Months and I think we have a lot of people deserving a promotion.
None of the "Oh 10 people should be Elite, 25 should be higher, 40 guardians" crap =P. I think a few members deserve some promotions because they have been very kind and a good sport.
My choices for Guardian - Higher
Whizzy110 - Definite choice for me
Geoff_Bland - Kind of...he's been active, kind & helpful, but some bad points
Ragingwealth - He has been a very nice guy, posts his opinions with thought on the forum, takes criticism with open arms and adapts.
Darth Magul - Maybe? His name rings a bell to me.
Dilz - Just throwing it out there
Elite Guardian -
Bobster125 - Pretty much a good guy, doesn't cause trouble, I'm not 100% sure about this though.
Please PLEASE make some new suggestions, if you disagree with some of my selections, please PLEASE voice your opinion.

Darth_Magul- 100% yes
How about rachellove9--->Higher guardian- Very active, on forums, game, IRC. I think we can all agree on the fact that shes a friend to everyone, very supportive to all members of the clan.
Whizzy- Yes
Geoff- Yes I agree, I think... a few bad things to say about him, but we all make mistakes
Raging (Mike)- yes yes yes!!
Elite:
I support Pete/Bobster to elite.
He is a very good member and good enough to be made a trial wildy leader.

Guardian > Higher
Whizzy110 & Dilz are the solid choices for me.
Mike hasn't been in this clan enough to get a promotion yet.
Geoff and Darth - Don't know really, just dont promote way to many now.
Probably Aardvark for Higher as well
Higher > Elite
I agree, Pete should get Elite. Hell, he was Trial Raid leader.
Perhaps Vince.
Also don't forget about the member of the month award

I agree with Zlat here, Mike hasnt been in WG long enough for higher yet. Next round of promotions I guess?
I definitely think Rach deserves higher, she puts allot of work into improving the community in WG.
What about Mark/Aardvark39? he always seems to get missed and though he is very quiet he is always nice and happy to talk in PM. He has been in WG for a long time too.
Dilz/Whizzy - I see no problems there.
Darth - If you want to promote that many then yeah..... but yeah he is a good candidate.

Aardvark DEFINATELY deserves Higher. He's been in here longer than I have and somehow is always missed for Promotions. He's very loyal and is probably my father figure in this clan
He's a great guy.
Geoff has shined over the past 2 months. IMO he definately deserves higher guardian.
Whizzy along with Geoff has really progressed well over the past few months. She's a great character and always knows where to stop, where the line is etc etc. She deserves is
Dilz Along with Joel and Jess; Dilz has made great progress ever since he first joined WG. He also knows where the line is and doesn't cross it. He's very loyal and tbh deserves the rank.
Darth im not so sure about :S

He's been at every war training (and event) i've been to in the past while, he's pretty active and is always very nice
I shouldn't have to remind you he was MOTM the other month also He's been a very outstanding member IMO, and his time dedicated towards the clan should be deserving of promotion.~Mugger84

Whizzy - Seems like everyone agrees anyway, but a definite yes from me too.
Geoff - Agree with Abs. He has a few areas he could improve on and maybe a month or two more wait won't hurt.
Ragingwealth - Nice enough guy, although a little early, time doesn't have to be an indication of how good a member someone is. Possible candidate for MotM if we're doing it?
Rachel - I agree with this one too, very friendly and a great community member.

WTF? Hes a regular guardian? Im suprised, I would have thought he woulda been at least higher.
Aardvark - Hes been improving warring-wise. Last time, someone brought up that he gets koed often, but I haven't seen him get koed lately. Hes very loyal and friendly person.
Rachellove9 (sp?) - A very loyal and caring person. In the situation with immolatus, she personally asked me to clean up the thread. I would have done it myself if I saw it before her, but she asked me personally so no one would get hurt. Although she isnt a "warrer," she definately tries. She's told me herself that she thinks shes rubbish at warring, but she still gives 100%. Shes great for the community. Definitely.
Dilz - Very loyal and friendly person. Irc active, and a great guy in general. Me and him have had long talks, and I value him alot as a friend.
Darf Mugle - A very friendly and IRC active person. Hes also a great warrer - He hybrids very well, and is an excellent tank. Everyone loves him, what am i talking about
I havent talked too much to mike, so I cant say anything about him
As for member of the month, the only reason I'd personally agree with pete's nomination is because I cant think of any other person. Hes a great person, but he doesnt stand out to me as a "MOTM" thats all.

No I disagree with Bobster for elite his attitude is fucking shocking, he skip wars, he insults people give it him and I will be pissed off.

Hmm so no elite for Bob? I agree with all your choices but I think Geoff might want to be added up there. Darth, Dilz, Aard, all great choices. I'm not really on good terms with Whizzy but I won't be bias, if you guys think she deserves it then go for it. I think Geoff should be added though.

A considerable amount of staff has stated that Geoff should probably carry on achieving high standards in Wg for a month or two. Personally I think a month more will do to see if he can sustain good performance, maybe if someone gave him a hint and a shove in the right direction, he'll try even harder.
It isn't a sin to tell a member they are on the right track towards a promotion =P.
So anyway, because of some staff saying Geoff should perform a month or two, I've decided to go by that.
I'll post these up tomorrow afternoon GMT time.
