| I'd like to put forward my point that Marius is one of the most biased admins i have ever met. I would like for this matter to be reviewed by an admin other than him. He comes into #wg_lobby purposely looking for a fight because my ex-gf has befriended him. Just like 6 months ago when he banned me. Although admittedly that was my fault and i take full responsibility. Today he came into #wg_lobby again looking for a reason to ban me because of some recent arguments with my ex-gf. Which have ALL been kept clear of IRC and even my own clan, theres no need to get them involved again. In a completely unrelated matter, i recently made a joke recruitment video for my clan. It's borderline porn. I don't believe it should be classed as porn and posted the link in my clan's IRC chat. I am appealing the fact i was banned indefinitely for a minor and somewhat questionable breach of the rules. It's not like i was posting hardcore porn and spamming it all over the network. I feel a 24 hour ban would have been more reasonable and that a perm ban with the reason "bye" just depicts his biased attitude towards me. | Something like that could actually be shown before the watershed on TV. It's simply not that bad. It is borderline I will admit and although I personally don't feel it breaks any rules I am accepting full responsibility for it even though i do disagree with it being branded porn. I am not disputing that or arguing to get the ban reason overturned. I simply feel that a permanent ban with the reason "Bye" is unreasonable and feel it should be overturned. A warning at the least, a several day ban at the most. Upon browsing other topics in this forum; the phrase 'power abuse' comes to mind regarding Marius. I was once in #zezima, for example, while i was top 10 summoning. Just to keep an eye on the competition. And at one point he was kbing people just for the sake of it. Just because he was in a mood and was bragging about how "annoyed" he was and how none of us should "piss him off". Unprofessional behavior. All of that aside though, please reconsider my ban. I agree i was wrong but feel that a permanent ban is over the top. I really need to use this IRC network given that I am a leader of a top runescape clan. Moving our whole clan to another server after using the switcirc network for 4 years would cause a lot of hassle and may not even be an option for us. This is unfair for such a minor offense. I can assure you that nothing like this will happen again in future. If it does, i will not dispute being permanently banned. |

| Brinigng in a private channel into this (#zezima) has nothing to do with this matter, and whatever I wish to do in a channel on my free time is my own business. You are banned for life for previouse actions on SwiftIRC. Never was your ban lifted and you have evaded your bans countless times. If you keep this up, more severe actions may be taken against you. |

She claimed to have gotten the cops on me for that vid of her i made. That was a lie. I just didn't pay my internet bill and was moving house. She deserves it. All action against her has been carried out away from my clan and off of IRC. You just happened to join at the very second i posted the link to a completely unrelated video. I still feel an outright ban is unreasonable. May i speak to someone who doesn't have their head planted 6ft up my ex-gf's arse please? |
