Should we get rid of the rank and start doing Applications by ourselves?
I was pondering on this issue for quite some time but never really put it up for discussion.
I feel that if we do the Applications ourselves then we won't let by any trouble makers, as we would be able to do it properly. I remember how it used to be very boring and felt like a huge burden amongst the Council, but I think doing it ourselves is a good move, as there is more authority, more experience and we can interpret an application properly.
Doing the job of Application Manager is very stressful and they hardly last very long, even though a lot of clans work with this general idea, I don't think we do and most of the Application Managers had it, meaning we'd have to promote 2-3 new kids to the rank, and explaining how it works and so on, starting up again.
What do you guys think?

I would prefer more app manager's.
Main reason, we're not active enough to process the applications frequently enough.

Don't know about you but I sure am.I say get rid of the Rank, we go through them too quick. We've had like what 10? which is over 10% of the Clan.

I'm 50/50 on the situation, if we get more app managers, they'll just complain their not appriciated enough, and yes i know I spelt appriciated wrong, i cba to look it up.

I wouldn't mind doing the Applications when I get home from school either.
I just think that since we only have one App Manager left (Barely) and that he will be gone too...Rather than getting a whole new batch, 2-3 people, explaining to them how it works etc.
They will obviously make mistakes, and then before you know it, once they get used to it, they'll quit because it's too boring, especially without ACP, they won't see it as a kind of "Respected" Tertiary Leader.
I was pretty much the one who introduced the rank, I didn't think I would see this coming, but I think it would be better for the rank to be removed.
I'll ask Eugene to post here saying what he thinks soon.

Get rid of the rank and force activity on our part.
It was a rank I was against making and I was overruled.
But I'm glad that finally people are starting to see it my way.
