Mickey Wants App Manager

We agreed on removing the rank.

It puts a damper in the plans to know that some people want to have the rank.
On the plus side it frees up council time.

All he wants is power, he applies for every single damn leadership position, he has temper issues, I don't think he realises how much work it really is.

He applied for Event Leader, He Applied for Raid Leader and he Applied for Council twice. All in the space of about 3 months, in each of his apps he says how he is devoted to that certain Rank, but how can you possibly be devoted to each position which is different?

Despite him being Power hungry, He will not do a good job. He is rude towards Leaders and Members and skips wars/events.

Well I can see his power hungry side, but I can also see his desire to help the clan.

However we made the decision that Application Manager rank should be removed and I think that is the right decision. I don't think it should be overruled just because Mickey set his eyes on the rank, that is how I personally feel.

I would rather have more work than to promote Application Managers.

I say No as well.

Sorry but I am going to go with Rob and Dale on this one, there is absolutely no way I want to see Mickey as an App Manager.

I gaurantee he wants the rank purely because he wants power, as dale says he has applied for every leadership position because he wants to be a leader, not nessacarily because he is the most suitable to fill the specific role.

What some of you may not know is he hassled me almost endlessly to give him a spot as a mod when I first got council, which I refused on the basis that it would be unfair to 'give' the role away without a fair election.
