Well, as said we are currently not looking to accept Official Wars.

But there might be a set date for some time in the future if you can get in contact with Council.

It's not 'capes', it's caps. Like level caps. I also hope that this gets accepted, good luck. Our warlord will be viewing this

A 'cap' is having a cap on the levels or numbers, for example, you aren't allowed 120+, or a 15v15 fight.

Our official war acceptance is currently CLOSED which means we're not accepting any official wars, and i don't know why you think you can just come in, welcome us to our own forums, spend half a minute posting this, then accuse us and try to take our RAW rank
