Scar Stories

I was exchanging scar stories with Christine, and thought it would be a fun idea to see scars and read about other scar stories from people we know!
Anyway I'll start off with this scar:
the scar is actually almost double that length, but the shitty blurry quality of my web cam doesn't show the rest so w.e.
Anyway here's the story...
This was back when I was working at a cannery. My job was to load huge crates of cans onto this conveyor belt, which it would then take into a machine
that puts the cans into another machine. If the crates got stuck or w.e i'd go get them unstuck.
Anyway this new retard lady who just started to work there operated the conveyor belt the wrong way and cause the crate to go backwards and start tipping off the crate.
From past experiences of crates tipping over, I didn't feel like cleaning up the thousands of cans that fall everywhere if the crate tips over so I went to go catch it from falling.
Anyway I catch it, and start slowly pushing it back onto the conveyor belt but it takes time cause its heavy as hell.
Some guy on a forklift comes around the corner. I'm on his blind side cause theirs a crate in front of another conveyor belt between me and him.
He comes around the corner to block the crate from falling but instead pins my arm between the forklift and the crate and splits it open.
I can't remember how many stitches I had, But I remember the cut itself didn't hurt due to adrenaline. The stitches didn't hurt but the needle to numb you for the stiches hurt like a bitch!

Well, you must know, I was an accident prone child. I had to get stitches in my forehead when I was 4, at that time, I also had 2 black eyes and I was missing my bottom 2 teeth. The school thought I was being abused- I wasn't.
This picture is like 3 years old and I hate it, but its the only one I have that shows my scar nicely.
I was at my dads work when I was 4. I was running away from my brother when I tripped and fell right into a motor. I got up and ran inside, not noticing anything off. My parents started freaking out and all I could think of was "Whats wrong mommy?" They rushed me to the hospital, though I still didn't know what was wrong, and I had to get stitches. It took 4 people to hold me down...

When I was 2, I fell off of the arm of a couch where I was playing "horsey" and broke my arm. 3 years later, my cousin pushed me off of a toy and I broke my arm again. This time though, I had to have surgery... they cut my arm open and placed my bones back together and inserted pins so it would heal right. (I was a big hit at the hospital
).
It's kind of hard to see, but theres a 2 inch scar and 2 small circles.

When I was 8, my cousin decided she wanted to make a candle. Instead of wick, she used yarn. She wanted to "test" it, but she lit it on fire and threw it on my leg, giving me 2nd degree burns.

I have another scar, on my left hand, right under my pinky finger. I got out of the shower and went to grab the toothpaste out of the medicine cabinet and I slammed the cabinet shut. There was this really extravagant dolphin statue sitting on top. It had been a Christmas present from my aunt, but my mom used it in the bathroom because it matched. When I slammed the cabinet shit, the dolphin fell. Me, being the smart one I am, stuck my hand out to catch it... it cut my hand all the way down to the bone.
It's a white scar, no way in hell am I going to get a picture of it

And for my last "bad" scar, about a month ago my dog jumped in my lap while I was sitting in a chair. He left this big ugly cut on my leg.

I have one above my eyebrow.
I like it. Looks badass.
Car crash when I was 7. The scar is almost gone but because it was over the eybrow, hair won't grow there, so it's with me for life.

I have a scar under my right eyebrow. When I was little I was running from my mom and ran into a glass table. Split it open and I had to get stiches.
You can't really see it. But if I shaved off my eyebrow you could lol.

Got no pics but I have 2 main scars, well, 3 if you count my Tuberculosis inoculation. One on my left forearm, I was playing football at school and the ball rolled under a wire fence, I put my hand under to try and pull it out, and when I brought my hand back I cut it on a stray piece of fence that was sticking out, cut was about 5 inches long.
My other one is on my right forearm, where I decided to see what happened if you took an eraser to your skin. Good times.

Not gonna grab pics, cause some scars are really hard to see.
One on the back of my left hand I got when I went between an over grown bush and a truck that was parked waaaay too far on the side walk. I misjudged the space, and a branch went in the back wheel. I flipped over and the bike landed on my hand, mashing it into some rocks that cut me.
Another on the palm of my right hand. Dog bite, and the tooth breaking into my skin felt weird and almost made a 'pop' type sound/feel. I hated that dog. Worse was that I had to live with it. Stupid thing should have been put to sleep.
