Event Template Update

Uhm, yeah..

I was bored. Wanted to update the event template a bit, since I thought events might be too hard for new members to host. I've tried to make the template more friendly towards people, making it easier to fill out. I also put the time zone converter in there, making it easy available for the event hosters.

If you've got some ideas on improvement, I'll gladly hear your advice smile.gif

(What is the event you are hosting)

(Fill in the date of your event)

(The three chosen locations are the places where WG has got leaderships. Therefore they'll be used as primary timezones for event hosting. If you add more than these timezones, you'll get more attendance at events. If you've got problems finding the correct timezones, please use this: www.timezoneconverter.com for more assistance on getting it right)

Europe:
(GMT = London)

America:
(EST = New York)

Australia:
(GMT+10 =Sydney)

Clan Time:
(Look at our clanwatch)

World: (In what world will your event be held? Example: 27(homeworld))

Where: (In which city will your event be held? Example: Falador)

Exact Location: (Where is the exact meeting location? Example: Party Room)

(If you want people to meet up looking the same. Or if you are having a Steel war, you might wanna put in "Full Steel Armour"; Remember this might cause decreased attendance if you're requiring people to meet up in Bandos, Guthans etc.)

(This one works best if you're merging two events. Specially if you're having a 99 party and want to do another event afterwords. Or ToG events followed by another event. An example could be: "I'm getting 99 in my house in Yanille. And after that, we'll be heading to the Fight Pits for some more fun. Hope you'll come")

Well, I still think it needs to be worked on. I'll make a better topic banner for it, and probably make an underbanner for it too. I might also update the timezones a bit (adding more zones) - But I'm happy that you like it so far biggrin.gif
