The Pre-War Level

O hi again!

Anyways, I put this on my council app.
Idk if it's a good idea or not, but anyway.

The Pre-War Level.
When a one week+ prep war is posted, a topic will be placed in the war forum.
The topic will be called "Pre-War Levels."
Any member who gets 1 attack, strength, defense, or hp level (or 3 pray levels) will post it there.

Anyone who gets a level during this time period gets an attendance point.

Pros:
Increases the need to train - increases combat average.

Cons:
Might be too easy attendance - especially for people already training.

It may be slightly unbalanced since lower levels can achieve levels a lot easier and when you're in the higher levels there're large gaps of time between levels.

Also the people who get levels will need to provide some proof that they achieved it during the pre-week. Something in the chatbox would be fine.

EDIT: Something else I just thought of. You might want to consider adding agility. There's no member who's both maxed combat and 99 agility however there's a couple with maxed combat. Agility does make an impact and would give those who have nothing to train for the war something to train.

One level per attendance point is way to easy, even for higher ups.
I suggest 2-3 Levels. It is a good idea, it will be a bit hard to implement, but hey, that hasn't stopped us before.

Besides, this only happens once every 3 weeks. So a Pre-War Level may be a good idea.

I support it. As long as the attendance point is given to 2-3 levels, or 1 cmb = 1 attendance point.

Ok so, revised:

(Attack, Strength, Defense, and HP)
Level-up in 90+ stat: 2 points
Level-up in a below 90 stat: 1 point

(Prayer & Agility)
Level-up if 90+: 1 point
Level-up if below 90: 0.5 points

You get an attendance point for every 3 points.

Ah yes, I think that's quite a fair point system for the attendances.
This should spark them up a bit more.

Ones that don't qualify for the 3 Points at the end of the week, whatever they have, say, 2 points, should be carried over to next time.
