Best ever WG related memory?
By Mickey on 26/02/2008
Post away. I'll go first.
Mines would have to be when I first met Lordy, I asked him on MSN to met me in Al-kharid. I was so excited it was unbeleivable. Yeh, I adored Lordy back then. L I had heard so much about him, I had to see for myself.
That was about, 2005.

The old days.
August 2007.
When I first joined WG and organised 4 skill events in my first week of trial guardian:)
Those were the days, hardly any drama, you could actually talk to the council without them being too busy to speak...
Then i applied for skills leader in September, got the position and still had months of fun...
Those were by far, the funnest months of my WG experience...
I wish we could go back to those.

WG vs. DoA, when I'd just joined and everything was new and exciting. I miss Joe.

"the golden age"
was a long period, a few months. We had everything going - with that team we had back then we would probably beat any clan and be 10+ raw ranked.
Miss those days

George.... no such word as Funnest...
Anyways, my favorite memory would probably be a full out war against TBE.
It was maybe like 2 months into my WG career. And i had never been to such a giant clan. When i logged into the world, WG had so many people that i didn't even know in their Opts.
Anyways, we were defending, and TBE came rushing in! I remember that i wasn't piled first because i had gained 3 cmb lvls for that war. anyways, i lasted very long only because the war was crashed by RoT.
It was an amazing experience though.
Good times man, good times.

I'd say the IRL meeting was the time of my life.
Most fun I've ever had with WG, right up to the time I had to clean vomit off my sleeves...

Those are things that happen weekly to me.
For me? Maybe the early morning raids when we plowed.
By ArSeNaLfAn32 on 27/02/2008
Can't say. The beginning when we did raids with 25+ kids over the summer. Was good times. When kids like warrior98725 and mustangred1 were around. They were my best friends in WG.

p2p raids and lures
when Cody, Rob, Jon, Paul, Dz, Snow, Glenn, and myself attended nearly every p2p event in september (the month I joined)

KF raids were always fun during the golden age of WG. DoA vs WG, when I got raid leader. Soo many great memories.

If you break into gaming company offices every week, major respect.
I doubt it, but if you say so...
By Snowzak on 27/02/2008
In game would be the SE war victory.
Overall would be the real life meet up of course.
By Twizlers300 on 27/02/2008
I loved the KF trips. I went on all the original ones before WG became a dominant p2ping clan.. then that just downright was fun... beating clans like RoT (every other day), DS, DI, RSD, etc. Then we had 300 opts to a 1 hour prep p2p miniwar vs TD. They got spanked.
Oh and the introduction of the hash by kenshln. I've been a follower ever since.

Theres not a lot of gaming offices in London. But shooting cars with paint ball guns from your house, and hiding from cops is pretty intense too.

IRL Meeting
By Gusmighster on 27/02/2008
I haven't been here long compared to most of you all, but application manager has to be the best so far. I also enjoyed the Mori war, even though we lost. It has to be on the list as it is the only full-out I've been to with WG

. Can't wait for the next one
I'm sure there's gonna be times, that poon the ones above badly. I'm just gonna have to wait
By Mickey on 27/02/2008
I also loved the WG vs Adelias mini war. That was epic, we lost but I enjoyed those days . The DG days, late night raids were fun also.

how is that intense? I do that every weekend to my neighbors car when they go to work and come back. Leave every Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 am and come back at 3:50ish.
By His Lordship on 28/02/2008
I can't say that sort of thing pleases me.
Not that you'll listen to what I think IRL.
Hopefully one day your brand new car will get paintballed then you'll get it.

^ Neighbor?
Anyways...
Favorite WG moment would either be my first raid (full mith action) or just the period of time when I first got p2p when I was combat level 80. We still did only f2p raids at that time, but Runescape was pretty awesome for once and it was just a good time to be in WG. We were finally having most people in full rune on raids and I knew like everyone when we were out there.
By Colinwarrior on 28/02/2008
Without a doubt, the KF raids were the best times in WG. Kenshln was our god, and he led us to victory over such clans as ROT, DF, DI, etc...every week.
Other good moments were: the second DOA war where we pulled 145 people to a p2p war and smashed them, me tanking SE to hell in the WG vs. SE war, and generally everything about the golden age of WG (spring-december 1st, 2006.)

Yeah KF were fun
i can't relate to back how far you were. but they were still very dominant when i used to come.
By Sir Wolfoo on 28/02/2008
The s10 times..the old aussie raids, the Bd war, wgs second p2p war which we won i survived the whole thing

, and the KF trips. everyday we would own rot and other high ranking clans in p2p really fun times
By MrFroster on 29/02/2008
KF raids were awesome.
But my first p2p trip was with WG, that was a great moment
By Tiran000 on 29/02/2008
best memory hmm mthat is when wg found out i am a girl
By Tezza Rulz12 on 02/03/2008
Hmm, The BD War was great but definitely Sep-Dec 06, Our best days...We were the p2p gods. 20 page topics in RSC praising us, KF was awesome, Our Combat avg + our members were climbing every day. We were top 12 f2p and top 2 p2p potential.
've gotta say, That period was when i was proudest to be a WG.... Only a few of us had seen it grow from an 80+combat clan, all the ups and downs and the great moments which strengthened us.
Gawd i miss those days
