It's a new year Eugene with a new page. A fresh blank one. He deserves another shoot. Let's see how he turns out. To my knowledge he never got a second chance. While other got up to four to be honest why not?

He's done a lot to ask for even a small chance. Let him. If you are wary of it, there are precautions you can take, but give him the chance. People do change over time.

Yeh he did, I Goggle'd him and it came up with an intro for SE or summit.

I don't tihnk it matters wther or not in the least he wanted to join SE.
At that time e couldn't join WG and nor does know the relations between SE and WG.
So SE would have been as suitable a choice as any other clan for him.

Not long ago we werent on good terms with SE they got topics leaked to them from WG they then claimed to have a spy on us and also made some of leadership upset.

exactly, he doesn't even no about this....for all he noes we are still on as good a terms as we were when we wared se.
