first of all he is being a fkn cunt. His attitude is horrible, all he does is spamming up #wg the whole day, then he says he said it because he was in a bad mood, well then...he's in a bad mood all day. He's acting like a little child. And when i asked him why he's not attending raids, he said this:

after that he said that he is missing the raids and other events purposely because "we can't force him to do that"....what the fuck? and when he had no arguements left he just said i was too imature for him.

we are going to do a sweep through people not attending required events soon, this also includes rolling event counts that are below -3.

Mmm, if he'd already been to a raid this week i'd agree with him, but if he hasn't he has no excuse.
I agree he does spam pointless things all the time, but i think he's just young and excited by playing runescape??

Doesn't he say he plays poker all the time?
Well, the guy has good intentions, I know as I've talked to him, but he can't control his temper. We can't just kick off someone for being obnoxious. Perhaps we can give him a warn level if he continues
Edit: Just read the raid part, I'd suggest giving him a 20% warn level if he won't show up.
Edit2: Either he's a real gambling addict or he's lying, he changes his nick to Mobi|Poker all the time that it's starting to become more obvious.
He's on RuneScape at the moment and he changed his nick to Mobi|Poker 5 minutes ago, lol.

umm..don't get me wrong, i'm not trying to get kicked anyone.....my point is that some1 should talk to him, a council member since he isn't listening to anybody else.

Yes his attitude is horrible.
He recently said a lot of things regarding my set-up of skill of the week that upset me..
He's my mentee and in all 3 of my mentor reports so far I've told him to be more active at events...it hasn't happened yet.

Jess he is not young he like 17 my age he just acts like a little kid and sits playing poker instead of doing raids and is like you cant force me etc and i dont even believe ive seen him at an event he used to be an alright guy from when he was WG before but it seems hes turned into a prick ...

I've seen him on RS 5 mins after he changed his nick to Mobi|Poker once
I really had some thoughts about this and forget what I said. We gotta cut him loose before he becomes a full guardian to be honest.
He can be a nice guy but the majority of the time all what he does is criticise and get in fights with people, he also comes in pretending to be pissed off daily. He does cause a lot of drama in the IRC as well.
Also, he's a trial guardian, it doesn't look good when a trial guardian comes in and says ' I'm not going to add this event because you can't force me to attend'
No one can force him, but the way he worded it speaks for his manners.
I also will be taking away my support from his Graduation even though he added me on it. He just is obnoxious towards others in an unbelievable way in my opinion.
I don't want to offend him, but that's what needs to be said.
Edit: Yesterday he was all like: 'Wtf Tabs left?!!!!!!!!'
Proves his forum activity lol, and tbh he 'Scapes daily so it couldn't have been a IRL reason (Proof is that he's on IRC and RS daily).

He actually posted a leaving topic said he was leaving and gave me quite a considerable lump sum of his bank i think it was around 1 mil i thought id hit the jack pot. He always seemed an ok guy back in the day but he seems to have changed idk whats gotten into him ....
