They're both great guys, it'd be an asset to have them both I think. Glenn can be silly sometimes but given the chance I'm sure he'd step up. Mugger I don't see too much of because of our timezones but he seems like he'd fit the role from what I have seen of him and on the forums.

Consensus from the members posting in the IA topic is that they're finding it hard to split their vote anyway so I'm sure they wouldn't disagree with promoting them both. And as Elias said, it would be great coverage to have two council in each timezone.
