[Recap] F2p Mini vs Dragonwood

We got fairly good attendance to this event, I was pleased.

However, when we fought Dragonwood, we got destroyed.
Why? Well it was our fault as much as it was theirs.
Admittedly, they had a great strategy that exploited the range allowed rule fairly well. But they also had everybody (aside from their rangers) hybriding. When we were piled, we couldn't move much.
But since we had only about 4-5 hybrids, they got sniped easily, and our targets ran around freely.
The second error from our side is the hugging - we could've done much better (yes they had hybrids, rangers, but that's beside the point).
Three problems.
Three solutions...
-If, at the next miniwar, there is still this giant shortage for hybrids, then we'll have to make hybriding compulsory (may it be melee/binds or range/melee).
-We can set up practice sessions for hugging and other skills.
-To counter our lack of strategy, we'll try to develop some new ones, and possibly try them out at these sessions.
We're currently discussing these three things in the Raid Leader forums.

That was a good war. But I was realy tired, I got binded a couple of times, got hit like 20+ through prayer, ate like 5 food for one hit by accident andgot KO'd for some reason.

Good, fun event, but they easily sniped me and other hybrids. If i even dared to put on hybrid gear 3 rangers would pile me almost instantly. Quite an amazing sniping unit there.
