I need a program. (read)

Ok, I have a 750mhz Pentium 3 computer, 256 megs of ram.
I plan to have this computer running 24/7, on our network, which has access to the internet.

My plan is to have it download files during the FAP-free(download all you want) time, which is at midnight-3am.
I plan to queue files up over the network any time during the day, preferably via a web browser, and when midnight comes, it will start downloading, and then stop at 3am.

I *NEED* HTTP/FTP downloading capability. I know a couple of ways to do this with torrent downloading programs, but that won't help me.

This computer will run either Linux or Windows 2000, so any program which will run on one or both of those is fine.
