99 attack would get you 99 strength faster. I voted magic though.

Attack then go for 99 mage o.o

99 atk 94 mage isnt really worth it these days unless u wana burn ur cash

99 Attack of course. After that get 94 Mage just to have the awesome Ice Barrage!
