Wg Training

By Havochaha on 08/12/2008
An idea i thought up of a long long time ago and rebrought not too long ago.

A Wg training rewards system.

To make this post short and sweet I will be paying every guardian-elite guardian (staff should be training no matter what) 100k for every combat level.

I can fund this money is not the question. People want money and they will be more motivated if it was brought up while training.

I have a ML waitin to be registered to keep track of all the people in this program.

Requirements:

Guardian-Elite Guardian
must be under lv 120 cmb (cus most of it is just getting ur last 99 then prayer)

Discuss and i would like permession to go along with this program. I see no reason why i can not and im sure the Wg public would adore this idea. Some people might just train with no reward but i made sure i had enough money to pay if everyone in WG got 120.

No

People shouldnt be paid for something good for themselves

Funding wouldnt be a problem, but the concept is.

I think it makes us seem kinda desperate.
I have no problem with rewarding people, but not with gold.

We used to have the combat academy, but I believe that was removed because it was a pain to look after.

When some one does something good they usually get a reward.

Other then that whats wrong with the concept.

Sorry for double post but i am more then willing to re open the combat academy and keep track of it.

I loved it back then and i could ask Winddancir to make us some new underbanners for it smile.gif.

The way i see it is if Omar wants to pay people for it, go ahead with it. Just as long people dont cut events and raids and even wars to train.

Said No before and I've given you the reasons. As bto says it makes us seem far far too desperate.

If they done it the right way, they would make more than 100k per combat level anyway, and I don't think they should be paid for something they SHOULD be doing anyway.

By Havochaha on 08/12/2008
Then how about the combat academy re opens? Ill be willing to keep track of it.

By NightRawrs on 08/12/2008
No,

People should want to train for us without a reward other than being epic at tanking.

If you were to do it it should be 50k per level, then every 5 combat levels you get 200k extra, sounds better to me.

By Back to Own on 08/12/2008
Combat academy was good
I personally gained around 10-12 combat levels from it

We shouldnt be PAYING members to help us. Thats the concept. We're a community trying to help each other, not a bunch of people who choose to train for money. As a higher level, money comes really easy to you if you put for the effort too.

Its just wrong.

So does anyone disagree with re opening the combat academy then?

By George on 08/12/2008
Combat academy was essentially worthless.
I am in favour of running it/co-running it, I have the time now and I would really like to launch it with you Omar (if you'll have me wub.gif).
I ran the skills academy for quite a while, before noob council abolished it tongue.gif
