Where did all the pvp come from?

Before i left for uni, it was strictly CW and BH because they were really caught up in the gold mining issue.
Now it looks like everythings back to normal, with wilderness, dangeorus wars, and pvp worlds? What's changed to let them bring back the pvp thing again?

When you kill someone on a PvP world, the drop is randomly generated, so you can't transfer money

People were complaining and they planned on PVP for awhile I believe after the initial anger. They had to work out a way to prevent RWT trading though.

basically you still can't transfer money by trading, killing or dropping. they just thought up some good pvp game ideas.
