Technical Help forum

Why? I see posts spread all over and around the place asking for PC help. I think itd be more useful if we had a Tech-Help forum somewhere for Me+Robbie+Whoever else to help others with errors they get with any software or hardware they have or advice on what to buy and stuff like that.
