At the moment, I would consider our ally situation weak.
3v0 is dead (or near)
TDM doesn't pk ever
TBE is probably our best, but they're shallow imo
They're not getting us anywhere.
Allies are very important because it gets our name out there.
The trip with RDK + TBE made WG seem important, wiping out RoT and VR.
We need to rethink this.
The first thing would be to drop 3v0.
Sorry, but we're too nice. They need to go.
Second, find out what's going on with TDM.
Why are they so inactive? It's dead weight.
Third, we need a new one.
My vote goes to CR. Their leaders were great to work with.
Their activity and performance are very similar to ours.
Together, we would be like one huge clan.
So,

2. CR
3. TDM (

I agree. I'd have to hear other Council's opinions on TBE and TDM.
TDM: They have kind of turned into what WG was up until about a year ago. They have a warring list, and the rest which are community and skillers.
TBE: They do PK, but really they seem awful at it, at least on allied raids. We get demolished by clans with 3/4 or half our options when we pk with them. I'm unsure. Keep in mind TBE & TDM are allies as well, so it'd be awkward if we broke up with one, but not the other.
I'll continue to read and post on this topics, as I haven't thought it through well enough.

I think we should just replace 3v0. Find a clan who likes PvP'ing a lot so that we can scrape in on their Raids. I don't think we ought to drop TDM, as there are some strong relationships between TDM and WG, and it'd be nice to have the option open for allied-skill events. Not to mention the way we have a three-way alliance between TDM and TBE, if we dropped one, the other may not react so kindly 
I think just get looking for a clan who liked Raiding and is relatively large (at least as large as us).

3v0 dropped its alliance with us yesterday... so I'm informed.
Well, one of the leaders did.
The other leader is dying for it.
They are having a massive internal struggle.
I don't want to drop the alliance yet until I sort it out.
