My PKRI tips.

By Geoff_Bland on 13/01/2009
Well after being in Walking Destiny for awhile now (Don't hate) I've been led by some epic leaders from the very top clans. They have great experiance blah blah blah so I thought I'd share some small tips.

Main Pile
- When you're getting piled, unless you're some really good tank (And I mean REALLY good. For example - I got koed 5 times straight once on a pkri) stick on Protect from Melee, 15% Mage and Def then click as far as you can on the minimap while eating. The reason for the 15%'s is that with the boundries we'll be using, you will most likely be out in the open with nothing to hug.

- The best place to tank is GD's as you can easily hug people then drag them to members gate/west tree which depletes their run.

- Use Terrorbirds. If you're not 52 summoning. GET IT. You should have food/prayer potion or super restore plus Tireless Run scrolls in it.

When you are dead: Hop to a P2P world, Tele to Bh, Run up to Spiders with your scrolls, Hop to fight world.

FI leaders
I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job, just sharing some experiance which could benefit us alot.

- If our target is easily dragging us and we're unable to get a bind off, forget him, get a re-group and get another pile. There is no point in wasting time on a good tank while you could easily be koing a hybrid.

- Always look to the back of their pile for rangers/binders as they are easy to ko.

- Every now and again when the binds start to lack and the target is dragging us more and more, call off the pile and stand still. Then YELL at EVERYONE to get their robes on ready for a new pile.

- FI leaders must use Ancients for the teleport to gd's as you need to be as fast as possible in returning to keep momentum/organization up.
I'll write more later as I have to go now 1393.gif
Please share your tips aswell hash.png hash.png

Only thing I could say is that for fi leaders they should return with the ancients tele since they don't usually bind, if they have the 86 (I think) mage needed for it

You need lvl 90 mage for the Gds teleport.

If it seems like we have been dominating them for the first hour that doesn't mean anything. Don't get the attitude of "Oh look we're owning them hard, no point of me being here anymore its in the bag". If one person thinks that it will lead to others thinking that and before you know it we'll be down significantly in options and they'll have us on our heels.

Stay until the very end or until you ABSOLUTELY MUST leave.

These should help
What you said about organization and decisive pile calling is the most important i think, because we can't have the warring mentality of 'we're gunna kill them sometime anyways', we have to pick the best targets and know when to switch piles
