Kimiko253 Banned

The council recently learned that Kimiko253 is a spy.
As usual, we can't show our proof, in case spies develop ways around them.
However we have mounted substantial evidence against this.
All we can tell you is that the spy was for DF, who then relayed information onto VR.
I also believe we have a council majority supporting this.
If you don't agree with her being banned, then we have a backup reason.
She was hardly at any WG events. Dodged the majority of the anniversary and other events.
IRC inactive, forum inactive. Spy-like behaviour if you ask me.
