Eugene's lead this clan for 4.5 years, Let's not let it go to waste. Other clan leaders whom have lead clans for that length have either given the clan to another leader or have closed it on a high note. We're choosing the first option, and we WILL be successful. Eugene has left us with a number of things:

-Clan Website (Around 800 Hours worked on)
-A full Spy proof forum with all that is needed for a full working clan.
-Clan House (A Hell of a lot of donation & hard time)
-Teamspeak Server with a max of 1000 Members
-A fine Application System
-Average Requirements
-The Members needed for us to grow

The members we have right now, are our CORE members, I cannot see you guys leaving. We've had our first successful fullout war in a heck of a long time yesterday. We worked together and did outstanding. We fixed a lot of faults such as the Sector System, making everything 50% less complicated than need be. We're already improving so much by pulling 28-33 people to Two day preps.

We've still got the following Council, all of which are active and willing to do their part to help Wg grow into a fantastic clan:

-Darkzero101
-Snowzak
-Stokenut

They are all Decisive, Charismatic and Determined. Eugene has also left us with the publicity we need to get this clan going.

We've also got a LOT of Dedicated Tertiary Leaders that won't be seeing resignation anytime soon, they always try their hardest for Wg, because they do not want to lose the great Community it has.

Don't leave out of Eugene's resignation. He's giving TWO WEEKS for us. Meaning he'll be teaching Council all that is needed for Wg to keep going. You're in the most safest hands. Let's recreate Wg and make it so that Eugene will come back in X years time and thank us for keeping his clan going.

Trust me guys, It's Spring nearing Summer, Council will do its best to get a good flow of Intros. YOU, the Current members right now. In the near future, I predict a lot of you will become Leaders/Tertaries, don't ruin that chance, Wg's been to glory before, we can do it again if we try, we've seen little trickles of improvement, we've got a few Ex-Members back and a few intros, we just have to go up that ladder one by one. For 4.5 years we've had a great community, and we've never lost the bones of that community.

What are Council doing you ask?
We've already prepared to replace Eugene's qualities divided among us, along with a few improvements, Of course we can't replace his 'Spiritually' connection with the clan fully, no one can do that apart from Eugene himself. We aren't just sitting here and waiting it out for the two weeks, we're getting prepared for what's ahead of us.

Let's do This. I have a few things planned, and I'm sure as hell the other Council members have a few tricks up their sleeves.

we dont really have the use of the clan house anymore and spies are not a problem as there is nothing to get crashed anyway.

Our capacity to never die is one of the best attributes of WG.
Let's keep the legend alive.

We're a bunch of stubborn little *insert curse word here* 's. We will live on forever. Entropy (the tendancy for things to fall apart) will not succeed with us. We will get through this like we always have and we will rise to power again. Like Abs mentioned, we just won a two day prep full-out war! We are alive again and just getting started!

Well, we will certainly not let WG fall. We have just won a war successfully and we should make goal to keep that. Build a foundation off of it. Don't let Eugene's work go to waste.

well, i had a good eye on the future, we had a temp of inactivity.
but these last weeks, people applied again, got accepted and started showing up on events.
the best example is the win in the fullout war against 3x.

now Lordy is leaving, we got to continue the way we were doing.
i believe its gonna be hard, WG won't be the same, but we get through this, and we will be stronger than ever.

in times like these you'll learn your true power

WG has been in this situation countless times before. Not too worried.

Whatever happens, we need to be together on this

I agree and don't think there is anything to worry about all of the other ranks seem very active and capable of doing a great job

It's the members that make up a clan. They're the engine. The leaders steer towards the direction where the boat wants to go. Everyone have to work together to make it all go smoothly.
