Mentorship

I believe that the mentorship system as it stands is not working. I believe this is the case because if you look at the mentorship report topic section you will see that basically no1 bothers to do the mentor reports. The other problem there also is that the mentor list is not updated and i did not even receive a message to inform me that Gunsnblades was my mentee. So i believe that this system is not really working that well at the moment and we either need to get rid of it or find a way to get it to work more effectively.

I do not believe that we should completely get rid of the mentor idea for trial guardians but it does need to be changed. We need to make sure it is kept up to date, people are informed of there mentor/mentee and maybe making the mentor report system more clear or modifying it.

Oh yeah I agree the mentor REPORT system is useless.
I stopped using it a couple of months back, after I found out out that many council had stopped using it
So yah but mentors in general are really good, very very good.

Just a random suggestion. Maybe instead of 1 on 1, assign multiple mentors to each mentee. Each mentor would have multiple people to coach, but they also would only be helping to coach some of it. (This would give that person someone to talk to at all times.)
Then, when it comes time to their graduation, we can just have all the mentors post some type of in depth response concerning activity, attitude, and contributions.

So... 2-3 people per Trial Guardian. Each mentor gets 2-3 mentees. Each mentee has more people to fall back on, so its not like its 2-3x the work. Also, they will feel they have more "close personal friends" because they have multiple people pming them to talk.

The way that most top clans do it is they ask you if you want a mentor on the application, and also ask if you would like to pick someone you know already.
