Council + Lordy Meeting

I think it's definitely necessary. We need to talk to each other on how we will improve Wg, along with various other items with Eugene.

Targets:

-More Wg Members (Recruitment)
-Performance of Members in Wars (Practices)
-Higher Combat needed (Cmb Point system?)

In my opinion, those are our main targets, those targets cover many others which will guarantee Wg's success, like Publicity, reputation, and so on.

We need to talk to each other and take advice from each other to improve Wg. We can't sit around, we need to announce our plans in the IA forum sooner or later otherwise the members will get bored and leave.

I'm hoping you guys will do your best for Wg, as you've already seen our first trickles of improvement after a while.

I don't think another Council is needed, there is no other actually. If we could, we need someone who is on IRC & TS 12 Hours a day, someone who is never too busy to reply to pm's, someone who will never ignore someone. Someone who is always there to comfort people. Someone like Jenny, what she used to be before the 6 week thing & WoW. I would say Starzhine, but she's too inactive, and hell, I think Wg would have a heart attack.

So I don't think anyone else is fit for the job. We've already got all the Council members we need to make Wg suceed. You're all brave and will do anything to save Wg. You've all been there, done that, Dz, Stoke, Zach. You all have the commitment <3.

Eugene, I hope you'll be there.

Don't have anything to add to your post Abs, I agree entirely. I've been thinking of quite a few plans concerning WG's future, so this'll be a good occasion to lay them all out.

I'll propose a time and we can work around it.

Wednesday 8am WAST (West Australian Standard Time)

8am is the earliest I'm willing to get up.

I work Tuesday and Wednesday both 5:30 - 11:20 PM EST

We can make it Thursday then.

Thursday 11pm GMT is fine with me.

I'm generally up just not online between 5am and midnight gmt. So any of these times suit me. I'll be there.

I'm F2P until Wednesday however. But i would imagine we'll do this over teamspeak?
