Making the forums guest friendly

I'm sure people have mentioned this previous to this post, but have we ever thought of making the forums more guest friendly? Other clans have like, a Clan Discussion forum, and a forum for discussing PK(we have General Runescape forum though I suppose).
Even just a forum where the Guests can start discussions about real life issues or what ever, just to sort of attract more people to our forums, help activity, reputation, and I'm sure it might no doubt lead to more members for the clan.
Just a thought, it's up to the Council etc if they want to give it a go.

I don't think a Clan Discussion forum on our forums would be very active.

yeah, lol.
I think we could make some more forums open to guests, but idk what would make them come here over rsc
