Why can't I get my avatar to work?

What am I doing wrong? I have tried everything I can think of and it just won't work. Help!

Mine doesnt work either, regardless wether I use IE7 or Firefox

I can see it fine.
I am using Firefox Ver. 2.0.0.12.

Yeah its working for me now.... go mozilla 
I started using firefox after my IE7 started crashing if more than one tab was opened. Anyone else having that problem?

For some reason, the avatars are not showing up for people using IE7. I don't even know what mine is right now
