Council Election Voting

Council Election Voting

Send a PM to Kingrandy0 called "Council Votes" ranking all of the applicants from best to worst. You must have a minimum of two choices, but your vote is stronger if you arrange all of them.

The applicants in order of posting in the Council Election Nominations topic (click thier name to view their application).

Do not post your ordering below. Voting is confidential.

It is a preferential voting system. After all votes are counted, the person with the least amount of first votes is eliminated. All votes for the person who got eliminated get redistributed to their second preference. Then the next person is eliminated and it goes on until we have a winner left who will assume the council position.

Closing Date - Saturday, February 7th - midnight EST

Everyone may vote except applicants, honored emeritus, and emeritus.

I hate the system because all of the candidates are top notch but the system requires that I name just three so I did. A special thanks to each of the candidates for placing yourselves at the mercy of the members. I believe that each you would be a valuable addition to council. Just curious,

If Honoured Emeritus is Emeritus with greater activity why do we not have a say?

I can understand Emeritus, which is effectively an RS retired rank, but H emeritus has to sign up *and* attend X amount of wars, so we will be effected by a new council....

What was the point of splitting them into two then?
