Premiership Transfers - English football

So the premiership transfer window is shut and the new players have been signed and come through to there new teams. Who do you guys think the best signing of this winter transfer window has been. Who will have the biggest impact as a new signing ??

Personally im hoping that Arshavin is going to come in and help Arsenal score some goals weve been lookin more promising at the back lately and have not been conceding goals all that we needed was an attacking player to open the way to goal as wenger says lets hope Arshavin can do this for us and get us infront of Aston Villa.

Tbh Emile Heskey at Villa will do good. YOu need to see Arshavin play first.

Nah he's not money driven like most footballers.

Bullard to hull was a surprise signing but I reckon he will do well there and keep them up.
Arshavin will be Interesting as I remember In the euros he didn't perform to good against the top teams.
Best transfer Is probably Heskey for £4mil. Definitely the best bargain of the transfer window.
