Advanced Warning - Moderators be aware.

Hey guys,
Just to let you know, there's a strong chance of trouble over the forums begining tomorrow at around 6pm GMT. Rick Hamm is to be unsuspended at that point, and is directly threatening to cause trouble. By that I mean a large topic outlining how the leadership fails, how he thinks the 'oldschool > newschool' etc. Now, please remember, this is perfectly acceptable, he is within his right to voice his opinion, and if he sticks to simply voicing his opinion, allow him to do so. It's his right.
However, if his post becomes a flame topic, or if his first post is a flame in itself, you have my personal assurance and permission to take any action which you deem necessary. If he exhibits behavior which is deserved of a warn level, you are within your rights to give it. This would put him on 100%, which will result in his removal from this community.
You are also within your rights to lock the topic if it turns into a flame or hate topic. It is essential you act correctly in this situation - Don't lock it if there is no just cause for it - I'd rather he was able to express his views, however of course if he breaks the rules, we can not be seen to be continuously making exceptions for him.
If you don't know what to do about it, get a council's opinion on the matter, but with this issue (being so sensitive), it needs to be handled propperly. Please don't jump the gun.

I suggest when his warn is eventually reduced that if he does attempt what he's planning that he's banned outright rather then given warnings yet again. I seem to remember when he was allowed to rejoin that no shit-stirring/vindictive behaviour was to occur. Now he's abusing the warning system so he can say and do what he wants without being kicked out.
Either that or just leave his warn level at 80% indefinately.

I just had a long talk with him.
We started off friends and we end enemies.
