Hi um so:
Is it a necessity to have all the correct war equipment for an applicant to be accepted?
IE:
Rune Beserker Shield
Rune Gauntlets
Druidic Robes
Full Rune
Wizard Robes
I was just a little confused because it wasn't in the council guide (edited in now, because I assume it's a new thing)

I only ever accept once they've got them all 8) I don't think we have it set in stone yet though 
If they post they don't have them - I ask them nicely to go get em
