Alright it's time to finish up my work here so I'll lay out the remainder of my plans.
1. Pass on knowledge to AbmanjuHe is already far better a leader than I was at 15.
Take a look at the comparison:

It's clear Abs is off to a better start than me.
I trust him completely to bring WG to great new heights but I also think I can give him as much help as I can.
I'll be giving him as much advice as possible and guide him through the transition.
2. Update the clan websiteMuch harder than originally anticipated, but I should have it done by the end of the two weeks. I will continue to update it after I have left WG, simply because nobody else is equipped to take care of it or has sufficient knowledge of Flash.
3. Make new recruitment materialRecruitment is something I'm passionate about to I'll make a range of signatures and put them on the website and some new recruitment posts as well as a recruitment tutorial, which will definitely help.
4. Attend some final events and perhaps have a goodbye partyUndecided as to how I will finish things on Runescape, but I will definitely hold something big. Perhaps a clan quest. I want to go to some normal every-day events which I will miss too. The trawler trip tomorrow sounds appealing.
5. Hold a meeting with the councilTie up any loose ends with the council, and make sure they are all capable. Also discuss with them if it is appropriate to make a founder rank or too biased. After the meeting Abs will officially co-lead with me as a Primary Leader.
-----------
That's pretty much my plans. I'm not prepared to add anything else onto that agenda as it's already very full.
PS - Let's not make a big deal out of my leaving. If we treat it like it's just a tiny hurdle and not too far out of every day WG life, the change will be easier to get over.
