An exodus is an event where a significant number of members leave a clan and subsequently form a clan of their own. While the phrase mass-leave is more commonly used to describe the departure of a large number of players within a considerably short timeframe, the term "exodus" specifically refers to a new clan created by all or the majority of the leaving members (also called a breakaway clan); when the group of players joins a pre-existing clan or go their separate ways, it is simply referred to as a "mass-leave". WG has sustained several exodi over the course of its history, and several of the subsequent clans have sustained exodi of their own. Relationships with exodi vary - some have become allies and others rivals.
