History

The clan history (or written history) is a document written by His Lordship and Vio. It recounts the first 10 years of the Wilderness Guardians, and was available to read on the clan's website from 2003 to 2011. From 2013 onward, it has been determined that the history of the clan is best documented via this wiki.

Overview

The final version of the history was written by His Lordship from 2003 to 2009, and by Vio from 2009 to 2011. From the beginning through to 2007 it is mostly divided according to the "forum eras" of the clan - from "Pre-Clan days", "First Days", and "Avidgamers Days" through to the "Mid Z6 days". After this, the history is divided into 3 sections per year ("early", "mid", and "late") - normally 3 paragraphs of prose recount the major events which occurred in each third of the year.

The history was available to read on the clan's website until 2011, when the Flash website was superseded by Vio's 2011 website], which did not contain a history section. However the initial version of the clan wiki had been produced at this point, and it served as a better way to document the clan's history as opposed to a large text document.

In 2019 when the current version of the wiki was created, the written history from 2003 to 2011 was added by Mojo and copied verbatim, but divided by years into synopses. These are as follows.
