Juliet's House
Juliet's House is a building just outside of Varrock and a notable "mass spot" for the Wilderness Guardians. The clan has assembled at the house prior to several large-scale wars over the course of its history.
Location
The building itself is situated just outside of the western wall of Varrock, west of the western bank and south of the Grand Exchange. In Old-School RuneScape the building is officially the Leptoc Manor, as it is owned by Draul Leptoc, the father of Juliet. The house Juliet's residence during the Romeo and Juliet quest, and the location of Old-School RuneScape's 2020 Birthday event on 20 February 2020. In RuneScape 3 where the Romeo and Juliet quest was removed in 2010, the building becomes the residence of Dororan and Gundrun Gunthorsdottir following the events of the Gunnar's Ground quest.
The house has two floors. The closest bank is Varrock west, and the house is only a short distance from the Grand Exchange. In RuneScape 3, a musician can be found at the south side of the house. The Well of Goodwill can also be found in the garden in RuneScape 3.
