Player-owned house
![]() | The Old School RuneScape Wiki has an article on: player-owned house |
- Not to be confused with Clan House.
A player-owned house (or POH) is a RuneScape house which can be designed and built by the player using the Construction skill. House features can serve various PvP-related functions such as methods of teleportation, restoring drained stats, and changing spellbooks. Members of the Wilderness Guardians frequently use their houses to access the Wilderness and for PvP-related activities in Old School RuneScape, and as such this article focuses mainly on PvP-orientated houses in OSRS.
Essential Features
An amulet of glory or mythical cape can be mounted and used in a quest hall at level 47 construction, though it is more efficient to use the jewellery box and cape hanger in the achievement gallery at higher levels.
Remember that most furniture requires a saw and hammer to build.
