2016 Anniversary
The 2016 Anniversary was a celebration of the 13th birthday of the Wilderness Guardians, and consisted of eight events over the course of four days.

Planning
The entire anniversary was planned and hosted by Mojo, marking the first anniversary not to have been organised by His Lordship. His Lordship was unavailable during the week of the events, but intended to host the traditional Clan Quest on 14 January 2017[1]. This ultimately did not take place, thus also marking the first anniversary with His Lordship entirely absent.
The original plan was for the anniversary to have two sets of four events in the four days leading up to the clan's birthday on 6 December. Two days would be held in Old-School RuneScape, with repeats of the events on alternating days being held in RuneScape 3. However, only the first two days were given Forum recaps, and evidence/screenshots of the second set of events may be lost to history.
Day One (OSRS)
3 December 2016
Day 1 consisted of two events[2].
Veterans War

Fire Fest
A Fire Fest was held at the Grand Exchange, where the clan covered the area in fires on three different worlds.
Day Two (RS3)
4 December 2016
Day 2 consisted of two events[3] - the same events as day one, but in RuneScape 3.
Veterans War
- Main article: Veteran War
A change from the usual veteran war was that most of the clan members were unable to collect cabbages at the Monastery due to a recent game quest destroying the area - however, some members such as Vio who had not done the quest were able to collect the cabbages. The members also had to obtain skulls so that the bandit NPCs were not aggressive to them.
Fire Fest
A Fire Fest was held at the Grand Exchange on world 2.
Days Three and Four
Days 3 and 4 were supposed to have two events each: a Photoshoot (with the theme of "purple", at WG Superfly's house in OSRS and the clan's newly-upgraded tier 6 Citadel in RS3), and a Drop Party in the Falador Party Room. The OSRS events would take place on 5 December 2016[4], and the RS3 ones on 6 December[5], ending the anniversary. However, no recaps were made and no screenshots have been found.
