Co-Leader is a historial staff rank of the Wilderness Guardians.

Overview

In early WG history prior to the formation of a Council, sub-Leaders were considered the "council" of the clan, for which there were seven available positions[1]. As such, Tertiary Leaders who also do not fit the role of Council or Advisor are also included here. Following the creation of the first Council on 28 February 2005[2], the Co-Leader rank was used sparingly for persons with additional powers over the Council/Advisors, but still answering to the Leader.

The Co-Leader position differs from shared Leadership where two players hold the Leader rank and have equal power and responsibility - as is the case with the current leadership split between Old-School RuneScape and RuneScape 3, as well as the two current OSRS leaders Mini Horse and Ghost Sabre.
