2017 was the fourteenth complete year of the Wilderness Guardians in RuneScape 3 and Old-School RuneScape.
Summary
2017 began as fairly quiet compared to the previous year. In an attempt to break the low morale, WG underwent several big changes including removing level requirements, while adding an elite section for members with level 110+ combat. The clan also switched forums after a 6 year run. For much of 2017, the clan relied heavily on PvM events - but with the introduction of the Revenant Caves, WG saw a spike in PvP inactivity. The clan soon found itself venturing into the Wilderness more often, and numbers increasing.
