2003 was the year in which the Wilderness Guardians was first established, and the third and final year of RuneScape Classic being the flagship game of Jagex.
Summary
His Lordship was introduced to RuneScape Classic in July, and after around 5 months of playing, he developed a hatred for PKers when he was killed while collecting runes in the Wilderness. He made a fansite post to try and gather support for an Anti-PK clan, which he opened on 6 December 2003 as the "PK PKs" - later changed to the "Wilderness Guardians". The clan was an instant success, gaining around 50 applications in the first two days, and forming alliances with The Sabres (RuneScape's oldest clan) and joining a group of ARPK clans known as the Federation.

December
- His Lordship was PKed while collecting runes at the Dark Warriors' Fortress.[2]
- December 6 - His Lordship was PKed while collecting runes at the Dark Warriors' Fortress. He wrote the topic Read this if you hate PKers on the Rune Village fansite, and founded the PK PKs clan. The name was changed to Wilderness Guardians shortly afterwards.[3]
- December 8 - WG recruited their 30th member, just 2 days after opening.[3]
- December 9 - WG received the support of Mortus Sabre, and the formation of an alliance with The Sabres began.[4]
- December 19 - WG joined The Federation, a syndicate of clans who shared ARPK principles.[3]
- December 28 - Sum41xx was appointed the first Co-Leader of WG.[3]
