2009 was the sixth complete year of the Wilderness Guardians in RuneScape 2.
Summary
In January 2009, WG defeated Crimson Raiders for rank #10 on the RuneScape Community RAW list, but also ended up in hostilities with two top clans through RSC. As a result, the clan chose to withdraw from clan politics entirely. WG still kept mainly to CWA for their fights, but were also stepping out into PvP worlds for their PK trips. They also revitalised their alliance with The Sabres, hosting several successful allied events. In December, a third real life meeting was held in Washington DC.
